I find the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. The staff is very friendly and find out the deals according to your requirements and specifications. They are very good with ticket fare as well , I have always got the best deal from them as compare to any other travel agency . I have been booking my tickets from them from 2008 and never ever had any problems so far ,they are very courteous and professional in their approach and service .
Too much commission. My credit statement said i paid 500$ agent fee for 2000$ ticket. Its 25%, that too for a rescheduling ticket. Did not had a proper response when i tried to reschedule, I had only go thru the agent due to their terms with airline. Cost me 2000$ for one way ticket i was "RESCHEDULING" .. Worst, try someone else.
I have recently purchased a ticket from this agency.The staff was very friendly and nice.They gave me a very good fare compared to all the other agencies and the best airlines.
I won't recommend this to anyone.If we want to cancel or reschedule a ticket they won't even respond properly and moreover if we ask something they talk rudely.
