I initially learned about Hawaii at a Travel Convention in NYC. They recommended a Master Hawaiian Travel Guide to help with the trip, as they would be more focused on Hawaii. I was lucky to find Hawaiian Travel, as Laura was very helpful. She allowed me to plan some of the trip from my readings and our time shares that we had, but was instrumental in taking care of the nooks and crannies that I did not know about. Especially helpful with information on tickets for Pearl Harbor, Zip line activities, snorkeling companies to use, and finding the best location to stay on some of the Islands. My family and I would not have had as good a time without her help.
We were traveling to Hawaii to celebrate my sister's 40th wedding anniversary. We had 4 couples originally booked and one couple had to back out due to health issues. Laura was amazing! She rearranged everything so that it wouldn't be a huge price change for the couple that would've been rooming with them. She always asked and listened to what we wanted and gave great advice on what activities would meet our needs. Laura was always available to answer questions and her knowledge was incredible.
