Super disappointed in how my car was driven. The tech drove the car harder than I ever do/have.
I went there on 5th Oct 2017 for my state vehicle inspection after getting ditched at Firestone and Shell at nearby location. Very courteous, polite and nice staff. They don't pressurize you for something extra. Waiting lounge was very good though wifi was not working though coffee/water and everything was available.
I've used CBA Valley Ranch multiple times with very good results and will absolutely use again. Staff is very polite and courteous, have never been pressured to make an unneeded repair, shuttle service very handy for use in the local area. Usually able to achieve one day service particularly if vehicle dropped off the evening before. On the rare occasion when repair issues did come up, the staff was very quick to address and resolve. Very satisfied customer, Thanks for the good work.
Brandon ROCKS! I thought my clutch was a GONER. This was the THIRD place l tried. After leaving the other two shops DISTRUSTFUL and DISGUSTED, my Volvo barely made it to Christian Brothers. It was late in the day and Brandon actually stopped what he was doing to take a look. He crawled around on his hands and knees in the parking lot and did something MAGICAL with fluid and had me back on the road in 20 minutes and didn't even charge me. I am a customer for LIFE!!
Everyone seemed really friendly. Went in for a diagnosis on my rattle issues. Was told on phone it was free unless they couldn't figure it out and needed to take things apart. I don't think they do free - was charged but was never called before it turned into a paid visit (dealership diagnosis was quoted at $50 and I paid I think $65 here).
Very friendly staff, they seem to have a real appreciation for cars. However, I have to strongly disagree with them on the condition of my car's brakes. They need to be replaced, change the Brake Master Cylinder and of course bled. They suggested to me that a brake flush (seriously?!) might fix it. They get 2 stars for their friendliness.
Edited to four stars. They tried to make it right and seemed sincere. They didn't harass me to delete or change the review.
