The staff is okay. The gentleman that brought me to enterprise was amazing. The gentleman whom I dropped the car off to was not so much since he wouldn't provide a courtesy ride home even though I only live 2 miles down the street. They seem to be tight on economic cars, however, if you're filing an insurance claim then you won't mind the free upgrade. Also please note that due to construction this place is a fun challenge to get to if you've never been there before. Hopefully one day it'll be better accessible.

Thankfully, I called Chase's location and was blown away by his energy and willingness to assist me. For me it's all about tone and great service and that's exactly what I got. Also, there's another Chase at this location and he was outstanding as well!!!! Thank you guys!!!!
I received a rental due to my automobile was in the repair shop. Jeff was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. He respond quickly when emailing him regarding extending my rental. Customer service is very important to me and let’s me know I will always come back if I need to!

The manager Chase was extremely helpful. I needed to pick up a car one day early and the young lady at the 2210 N MacArthur location (where I reserved the car)sounded as if I woke her from a deep sleep and didn't want to be bothered. But, that's not surprising since the manager was just as bad when I spoke with him.
