I got a one-way rental with a debit card and was extremely pleased with the ease of service I received. Budget got me a rental car to Houston when the flights in Dallas were down. I will be looking to Budget again in the future.
The Budget Car Rental office on W. Airport Freeway in Irving, Texas is superior in convenience compared to traveling to DFW Airport for a car rental. The staff is always helpful and quick to process the agreement so that you can get on your way in a timely manner. I've rented many cars over the years at this location and have always been treated with courtesy. Twice, over several years, the size car I had reserved was not available when I went by to pick it up, but an upgrade was quickly offered at the same or a reduced price and was never an inconvenience. I expect to revisit this location many more times in the future.

First horrible experience ever with car rentals. They are bunch of crap, will try to trick you with giving the car with less than full tank and expect you to return car with full tank , if not they will demand 10$ per gallon. Beware
Greg at this location is the best. Friendly, professional, calming (when a problem arose), provides excellent customer service. Over the years, I've always used this location & will again this summer.
