I absolutely love this place! After I’ve been turned down SO many times by different companies this place said yes and gave me hope again. I was approved for a car within an hour and the next day walked out with my new car! The people are such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to everyone. I would definitely go there again.
I searched for a car for 2 days and all I got was the run around. Stopped here as my last stop. And I'm sad I wasted 2 days everywhere else! My process was smooth hassle free Rolando and Big Shoe. Rolando even worked with me during a hardship! I would refer others here anytime. Be cool to them and they are just as cool to you. I dont like the new secretary lady tho she is rude!
ROLONDO IS THE WORST !! I WANTED TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE & WHEN IT WAS TIME TO TEST DRIVE A VEHICLE I GUESS I TOOK TO LONG FOR HIM & I CAME BACK FROM LETTING MY UNCLE LOOK AT IT & HE SNACTHED THE KEYS FROM ME ! WOW SOOO RUDE , DON’T GO HERE ! UNPROFESSIONAL ! IT SHOULD’NT MATTER HOW LONG THE CUSTOMER TAKES AS LONG AS THEY LIKE IT !
This place does not get the recognition it deserves!! After several failed (and I mean numerous) attempts at car buying, God sent this angel in the form of BSAS! Trina White was amazing and made me feel like family. No haggle, no pressure, no BS. Just straight to the point and an hour later (yes..not all day) I was a car owner. I would definitely recommend everyone check them out. No regrets here!!
Extreme fail.. waste of time applying online. . Showed up the view a truck, it had a poorly installed truck bed, then screwed down causing it to ripple.. truck also had a flat tire, and was in pretty ruff shape.. not good when priced 4 plus thousand over its blue book value.. also, still haven't received anything back, from my online credit app.. very questionable!!!
