It was a horrible experience. First of all had to wait 18 hours to see a doctor after the fall. 2. Once got there next morning at 8, dr. Came to see at 10:30. Ordered x ray and left. Then he diagnosed as dislocated joint and sent us to medical city. They took x ray and said shoulder is not dislocated and released me. I couldn’t even raise my arm 6” and released me to go back to work. It seemed like dr. Had no idea what he was doing.
I had a bad experience with them every visit. Front desk is really rude , back office seem like they don't even care, every visit I had I always walked in to a nasty room and they pull the paper right off and expect you sit down without at least sanitizing the bed. Just nonchalant for no reason . Concentra sees a lot of workers comp and physical patients so they all get treated like a doormat. You schedule a appt and don't even get in until two hours later I mean like what's the point. When checking out you have to wait a additional 20-30 just to leave. This is a crappy office full of Hispanic with horrible attitudes. If you don't like your job you shouldn't be there for a check. there are plenty of people who are willing to have a job with a better attitude . The only good this about this location is physical therapy.
I visited this care center on a Saturday. The nurses were so friendly & nice. I didn't know what to expect as I'd never been to a care center before. The staff made me feel comfortable & secure. I was in & out in 25 minutes. Yolonda, the nurse at the front desk was so sweet & kind.
