I am so glad I went to Airrosti. At first I as skeptical but with in the first visit my pain had greatly subsided! I couldn’t believe that they were actually teaching me to learn how to live pain free without requiring me to be dependent on them for relief. Dr. Hernandez did exactly that for me and I am so very greatful for her help. What I before had just accepted, that I was just getting older and would always be in pain, was replaced with hope and happiness knowing it was not true!

Dr. Hernandez is the very best! She is knowledge and takes the time to listen not only on the initial assessment but each and every visit. If an exercise is too difficulty, she knows how to modified along with Lisa. They work well as a team and a great source of encouragement. They customize a plan an exercise routine to assist in your rehab for a quick recovery. Thank you Dr. Hernandez and Lisa for getting me well and over my chronic pain.
I came to Airrosti with chronic knee pain. I had a diagnosis of arthritis and was told my running days were over. After the third visit not only was I pain free but I've been able to do a little running. Not a lot cause I hate Texas heat but I'm certainly looking forward to the cooler months to pick up an activity that I've not been able to do for over ten years. The Airrosti group truly practices what they preach. I would recommend them to anyone. Truly an awesome group.
