We went in simply to purchase a USB hub and then do a little reconnaissance on future purchases. From the moment we walked in we were met by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. Very pleasant shopping experience.
No issues whatsoever at this Best Buy. I walked in with my computer cord the guy immediately told me he was going to help me just give him a minute to finish ringing up young lady. Once he finished with her he came right over and assisted me with trying to find a cord for my laptop. We matched it up but he was still a little uncertain told me that if I needed to bring it back just come back and see him he was going to be there for the rest of the day. That was cool even provided his name. Thankfully the cord fit because I have to take an Uber over there because I was handling business in Dallas
So I was in love with Best Buy , but this store right here just turned me completely off . I was definitely profiled by them. long story short ,they called the cops on me and a friend becuse my friend was trying on a case and put it back and went to search for a price .. while trying to find a price there was no one to be found to look for the price but as soon as we step out of the area here comes aassive of associates so we check the price and put it back. so I'm assuming the employees working the security camera called the cops on us because he "assumed " that we did take it so we met with the cops they searched us (because we allowed them too) and they gave us the story of what was told to them just know I will be calling best buy management and making a formal complaint because that was ridiculous they can have their five dollar case ...
Super nice customer service! Short lines and everyone there is really attentive and helpful.
Overall though, very good customer service.
This Best Buy is usually very good. The people are really friendly, and most of them are helpful. Only 4 stars because once we came here and walked past no less than 5 people and not one of them greeted us.
