The store has a variety of things for several different animals, and the dogs section has everything I ever need. The prices are competitive with online sites with shipping charges so it is easy to stop by and grab a new toy or some dog treats when i am close. The staff has always been super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The store is always clean and never has any pet smells. They also do pet adoption drives.
First of all I have been coming here for years. Recently it has taken a turn for the worse. We took both of our dogs there to get santa pics done and never received the photo's. Then two weeks ago I took my 8 year old chorkie to get groomed as I have the past several years but this time she got pink eye in both eyes afterwards and now has a hot spot under her arm. Sheis my baby so I will be finding a different place to get her groomed.
I called and got great pricing over the phone and the young lady over the phone told me exactly what information they needed to groom both of my cats. They like to see the updated Rabies record with an expiration for it. I got there and they were very prompt and took both my cats and immediately connected with them which is very important for me since both my cats are very cuddly and love people. I dropped them off, ran some errands and came back to 2 great smelling kitties and Alice was so great in recommending just what I needed for them. Larry and Stella have found their furever groomer!
They are very knowledgeable concerning everything the store has to offer. The employee's are very friendly , and I think you'll have a pleasant experience if you shop there.
Great store!! I bought an aquarium kit in this store. When I set it up, I found out that the heater was broken. I brought it back to the store, and replace it with a better one (without asking for anything)!!! I would highly recommend this store.
