This has to be the worst Post office in Irving, location 75017,at Irving Blvd. Hours are horrible, no self service, no weight machine, dirty.
This place is a joke. Takes them 1 hour to fdo me a package and then they tell you they can't force me it. Everyone has an attitude and act superior.
I'm not sure why this location is still open. Worst service I have ever experienced. I have given them several chances over the years, but nothing changes. In my opinion this location needs to be closed because the people who work there don't appreciate their job and they treat people as if you were bothering them. They have a horrible attitude. It's the closest post office to me, but I literally go out of my way to avoid this one location. I prefer to drive to North Irving, Grand Prairie, or Dallas to avoid being mistreated. You will ruin a good day if you visit this one location. I'm not sure why it has not been investigated.
Anyway possible to get a self service machine??

They deliver mail. Also one of the absolute best places I've found near by to get stamps.
