Why would the pharmacy not call me to tell me that my prescription would be expired? I never received a call to tell me that it has even arrived. No apology from anybody here but blank stares. Pretty irritating and poor service. I feel like I made a mistake moving my prescriptions here now. There is nothing more annoying then me having to call my own doctor to write me another prescription because the pharmacy I was using failed to do what they told me. Now I need to explain to my doctor I need another prescription because she can't even call in this prescription in.
Las Colinas Pharmacy is more than a pharmacy! The staff are highly trained pharmacists that have your health and wellness top of mind each and every day. Our family moved out of the area but we still trust our pharmaceutical needs to this pharmacy.
I was told they didn't have my prescription in stock and would be given a call back once they ordered and received it. This was the week of Thanksgiving- well I never received a call.. I was not told how long it would take... I dropped it off 11/24- 2 days before Thanksgiving.

Just a really nice small town vibe in there. Everyone is very welcoming and professionalism is embodied by each employee. I would totally recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Very nice people!
Jim and his awesome staff are extremely service oriented, and I've appreciated the fact that they know me when I walk in the door. I've appreciated the expertise compared to Walmart and CVS. They are truly students of their craft.
So pretty much I've been waiting around to hear back, well it has been almost a month and I come to the store and they tell me that they cannot fill my prescription because it's been over 21 days since they first received it and for C2 drugs- the prescription is void after that time.
I use to fill my prescriptions here a couple years back before they closed on the location on Oconnor.
I have worked with this pharmacy for many years and I am very pleased! They are very understanding and have excellent customer service skills. I do miss their big store they use to have more gifty-cutesy things. However the new location is closer to me so that's a PLUS. They are a great compounding pharmacy.
