Had a good experience. Both of the drivers we had we're very nice. I would recommend getting the APP so you can see when the shuttle will be at the airport to pick you up.

Out of the 5 trips I had, for 3 trips I had to wait 15m for a shuttle from the airport. I call the phone number and tell them 2 times that I have been waiting and no one is showing up. And finally the driver will show up and say that oh I just came by 2 minutes ago and nobody was here.. I seem to find that parking spot south and 2 buses more frequent. North definitely needs to fix its shuttle wait times
Very friendly employee's! on time and very convenient location. This is my {spot} to park for now on. I am a frequent fly and they made it easy!
Convenient place to park when going out of town and you don't have someone to drop you off or pick you up from the airport. The shuttle will pick you up from your parking spot and when you arrive back to Dallas they will bring you straight to your car. Reasonably priced as well.
Really handy, not too expensive and great personalized service by the shuttle bus drivers. Much better and a lot more comfortable being able to take your own car than paying for taxis.
