This was absolutely the best service that I've ever had in my life at any restaurant! Our server was Antonio and the manager here is Fernando. When those two team up it's like magic. You will have a once-in-a-lifetime experience that you are guaranteed to remember. I would absolutely come here again and highly recommend Antonio as a great server and people person. Fernando as well we were very well taken care of.
We came for dinner on Veterans day as a party of 6. Only waited 7 minutes for a large dinner party. Instant drinks, quick with the appetizers, we never ran out of salad or bread. Everybody enjoyed their meal. Prompt and friendly service. They were busy but it didn't slow down the staff. Amazing food, great staff.
Amazing visit I had with my wife. Everyone was so amazing from the door greater till we got our food. Ask for Phillip he is such an amazing server went above and beyond to make my experience great here at Olive Garden in Irving. I wanted to take a close friend out for dinner and thought what better place to go to then Olive Garden. We were both very disappointed with the service and mostly the quality of the food. The bread sticks were hard as a rock and our soups were cold. We would ask for something and we had to wait a very long time to receive it. We asked if they can bring us hot soup and fresh bread sticks and I don't know if they are over cooking the bread sticks but they are not the same bread sticks that Olive Garden are known for. They get a thumbs down from me tonight.
One of my favorite Italian restaurants. I just love the Italian food. It was a surprise for me on my birthday. We celebrated, had the dinner. A surprise cake came for me , The chicken soup is so yummy. My kids favorite pasta.the staffs are very kind. The best of my life. I love it
