Less than average place. Never going back. How on earth did they get so many good reviews? Food was not only bad but also expensive. Just one beer and one egg plant Parmigiana cut me close to $17. Was tasteless & not properly cooked. Salad was only lettuce an few spinach leaves. House tomato dressing was horrible. Ambience is not good either.
Food is satisfying and well proportioned, if you are not worried about good customer service. Brianna, a lady that does most of their answering for pick up/ to go orders, lacks tremendously in people skills. She sounds annoyed and bored all the time. We have been going there for almost 4 years now and shocked that the prices keep going up and up. Lunch meals to go were usually around $10, now they have a minimum of $15 even if you are picking up yourself, which is ridiculous. They have been very tacky in dealing with good customer service and prices lately and it has been giving me many kudos off for them. Please do better! Food is good but with the location and area, it is not that serious!

I would love to give them the five stars I believe they deserve. Their food is that good. Unfortunately their customer service is not. I usually order from the Ester Road location if busy at home. It never fails every time. The person on the phone, usually a young woman: just can't seem to handle simple order taking. Even when I spell a word, give ALL information. I always get a call back something was missed. Why is this an issue? Please fix your website, update and allow customers to order online. I love Vito's, amazing menu and quality. Please fix the customer service issue. It isn't just over the phone either.
Would recommend to anyone who likes Italian cuisine.
Did not really enjoy it. The food took a while to get to us, but it was good. The staff seemed nice, but they seemed annoyed when we wanted to ask for something. The food was great. I recommend the pizzas, that way, you can take some home.Service was good.
