Prior to 2009, this USED to be a great little laundromat ran by a friendly guy named John who was always there to help customers. However, John sold the place in 2009 to a rather arrogant and greedy businessman who immediately RAISED the prices on everything, installed about 56 surveillance cameras and retrofitted the entrance with electronic time locks, so that the doors automatically open in the morning when the business opens each day. Yeah, you read that right. The doors open each day electronically. The owner of his own business doesn't even swing by in the morning to unlock the doors to his OWN business!! If you do happen to see the owner, rest assured he's only stopping by to empty the machines and count his profits. He could care less about you, unless you destroy one of his sacred machines, then he has you on videotape as admissible evidence in court. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!!!!!!!

The hours of your location need to change.. if you close at 10.. and someone comes at 9:30 to DRY ONLY.. the customer should NOT be turned away and told “we’re leaving, we’re closed”.. Piss Poor Service and false signage/advertisement.. Change the hours on your door and Google!!
