Let me start by saying, this is my first and only time at this location. I wasn’t feeling well, but broke one of my nails a few days before my birthday, so I went to this location because it was down the street from me and got pretty good reviews on here. I asked for a dipped powder manicure and was assigned Helen.

Regardless, these are not the reasons I gave this place a 1-star review (which really should be a 0-star) and I hate to even do this because I feel like its perpetuating a stereotype, but here I go.. Apparently Helen and Brock assumed that I couldn’t understand what they were saying about me in their native tongue because I look biracial (which I am). Unfortunately for them, I can speak AND understand Vietnamese fluently. I did not confront them in the store because like I said, I was feeling sick and just wanted a quick fix, but I am not going to let this slide and be okay. It is NOT okay to make lewd remarks about women, especially if you think they won’t understand. No, Brock, it is not a shame that you weren’t assigned to me because you found me attractive. No, Helen, you guys should not joke about messing up my manicure so Brock can conveniently fix them. Also, it is NOT okay for you to criticize or nit-pick my appearance or my hands or anything about me. That is not your job. I am a paying customer and that is extremely disrespectful.

Don’t waste your time. There’s plenty of nails salons in the area. If you do waste your time, make sure it’s not with an older woman named Cindy. I asked her to make sure she painted my nails all the way to the top by my cuticle, she didn’t. It looked like I had my gel nails for two weeks already the same day. When I went back the next day to get it fixed, she wasn’t happy about it at all. She filed my nails and didn’t care that she was filing my skin. Someone else ended up taking care of me, didn’t tell me why. And I didn’t mind it. I was never rude to her. I just didn’t like my nails. Lynn was very helpful and considerate of what I wanted.

The manicure itself looks pretty decent, there are some uneven areas, but overall not bad or significantly noticeable. However, she was very heavy-handed and I have several cuts around my cuticles now.

My sister recommended this place and I fell in love. Tina and Sue do great nails and they are very friendly!

THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER.

I will NEVER come back to this location and to be honest, if you think they’re talking about you, they probably are. And that is not something I say often and I usually argue the opposite for most nail salons I’ve been too, but this was RIGHT in front of my face.

WAYYYY overpriced. Gotten better pedicures for cheaper. Plus, I ended up getting athlete's foot from this place. Not fun and that is so gross.

i went to get a gel set on my nails and a pedicure. I read the reviews online and it seemed like a pretty decent place to go to. It wasn't. First of all, the staff was obnoxious and all over the place. I had to explain to 3 different people what i wanted my nails to look like, and the manager kept insisting for me to do powder on my nails and I didnt want to. It seemed like it was the only thing they had because she didnt give me any other options, and i didnt have time because I had a flight to catch. Second, i asked for long nails but he kept cutting them short. At this point i was a little frustrated. When he was finishing up with my nails with the electronic buffer, you could tell he didnt know how to work it AT ALL. The buffer kept touching my skin instead of my naill and the area around my nail started bleeding. Aside from the terrible service, i got no apology, and on top of that the price for it all was incredibly high. They need to work on their service big time.
