Aside from this experience, the location is always clean and well stocked, inside and out.
My previous review was for a different location. This is one of the nicest RaceTrac's I have been to, and I even drive a few extra miles to visit this location over the other. It is very clean and very large as well, plenty of gas pumps, and a wide variety of snacks and roller grill items. 5 Stars!
Clean, roomy enough for a wheelchair to move around without knocking anything down, the clerks were very respectful, professional and curteous.
Came in on Friday, store was extremely busy but staff handled the rush incredibly well. They greeted and provided great customer service. Props to managers and staff for handling rude customers in a calm manner. Will definitely be returning.
Reasonable gas prices and moderately clean bathroom. Great for a quick and convenient stop. Drinks are a reasonable price as well. Only downside is traffic in the parking lot is a bit chaotic because it is a popular stop.
STELLAR customer service. I was in a rental car that had a flat. Racetrac employee Jose not only helped me replace with the spare tire but also directed me to Firestone down the street. All during rush hour when the store is beyond busy. THANK YOU, JOSE!
