Doors were unlocked, warehouse door was open...shop looked halfway bare, no employees in sight. Shop appeared to be abandoned.
They don't open when they say. They never have what I need in stock. employees are rude. Grand Prairie feed store is way better! Customer service is not there first priority. I'm surprise they're still open.
Horrible Service and not friendly people. Went for fish food and just said we don't have any, didn't say when it was coming in...nothing..so I just left..never going back. Grand Prairie much friendlier place and always in stock.
This is one of the neatest stores I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I come here for my dog's food since it's the only place near me that sells it. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the fast and friendly service!
