There are three loss prevention people working and only one register is open. If they had more registers open then maybe people wouldn’t feel the need to steal from them. This store is always a mess (what Ross is t?) but the staff is generally friendly.
They have a good collection of clothing and range of sizes but some of the items seem worn like a pair of shoes i liked and they refused to lower the price so i didnt get them
I love Ross but this location is the worst! They never have enough staff and are very rude. DO NOT BUY FOOD OR DRINK ITEMS HERE THEY SELL EXPIRED ITEMS. I bought some Tea here and realized the out of date was days before I bought it so when I tried to take it back they would not accept it even though they sold it past the date. I told her I didn't have the receipt but my card statement shows when I bought it and the supervisor still would not accept it. I will never be coming back here!!
The cashier said if they might not take back, I got so mad, was about to call the cops, if I was suspicious of returning different item of the one I purchased, the cops can go to the camaras in that day and see was sane damn rug, so after I started yelling they did the return and said that was set up like that from headquarter. Never shopping there anymore, I felt humiliated and frustrated, NO SAVING MONEY PAYS FOR TREMENDOUS HUMILIATION. Their bar code matched, the description of item matched with the receipt. Done with their BS
They should be lucky they received one star. Worst location ever. 30 minutes to get through a checkout line is ridiculous. Now I remember why I haven't been here in so long. I'm mad I even spent $ in this place. Ross does not care about its customers because if they did they would staff properly so you wouldn't have to be inconvenienced. Smh. Bad business practices.
I went to return a rug that was still packed and i never opened it, the cashier look and said the design didn’t match with the paper inside THEIR OWN PACKAGE, the manager came and took my receipt to the back and took more than 15 minutes
