I come here to get my car washed 1-2 times a month! This place is fast and super convenient! Prices are bad, you can even get a reloading card and get a free car wash each time you get a new or reload your card! I normally get the the inside of my car cleaned by the staff there and they always do a great job and give me free air fresheners! Highly recommend!
I don't care if I spend $100 or $5 here if I pay your company money I am a paying customer. I deserve the same respect either way. The employee didn't tell us that there was a line to wait for the vacuums that they are down. He said nothing to us and just pointed to go to the vacuums that didn't work then walked away. I got out to confront him and I told him those vacuums don't work his response was "Yea didn't you read the sign?" I told him yes I know how to read then why did you point us to go in that direction??!?! He said oh uh well half of them don't work so there is a line. How am I going to know that unless YOU (the worker) TELL ME(the paying customer) I was not rude to him until he gave me an sarcastic answer! I will not even go back and spend a dollar there!!!!!!
