Friendly staff. Usually long lines but hey it's a bank right?
Your banking hours suck. You don't open till 9 and you close at 4. Half of the working industry doesn't get off till 5. Close your lobby but your drive thru should stay open till 5/7. Every time I go in this location is always so busy it takes 2 hours to be seen.
They take out money from your account for no reason just to hold it and when you call them to see why they are taking out unnecessary money that you worked hard for from your bank account they refuse to answer.
I've been going here for a very long time. It gets busy sometimes, but most of the times it's manageable.
IT IS CALLED RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PEOPLE. THEY CHARGED ME $10 DOLLARS TO CASH A CHECK, BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK. AND THE CHECK WAS BANK OF AMERICA.
