MICHELLE DEBO who works in window she was moving so fast than others means she was taking customer as fast as she can and all customer were happy to be with her and rest of others were taking there time , moving here and there lets say killing time . we are there to receive the service and information and it is there duty to provide us the service as fast as they can i amnot saying any one good or bad but i am writing what i face and how i was behaved there today DIXIE SANDERS helped me in front desk with each and every things so as PHATRICIA

Tax office always a long line but also there are some good staff who help the customer just like us DIXIE SANDERS and PHATRICIA who were in information desk are nice and polite to customer and DIXIE SANDERS love her job and helps the new customer as much as she can. she did a great job .

Definitely long lines and wait time is always more than an hour. There are almost 8 windows but only 4 is operable/staffed. Out of 4, 1 is working diligently and does the job fast. Rest 3 are more involved in talking and asking question to supervisor. I did not want to be racist but an african lady and hispanic lady were doing their job fast, a white lady is calling supervisor for everything, another black lady was just doing nothing at all. I would blame the management whoever is in-charge needs to be fired and replaced.
